Lu'an Sanfeng Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. is a waste-to-energy BOT project company wholly owned by Sanfeng Environment Group. Located in Chengnan Town, Lu'an City, it covers an area of 80 acres and can treat MSW generated by Lu'an downtown area. It is also reported as an AAA-class enterprise in the National WTE Plant Harmless Level Assessment.
Lu'an WTE project is constructed in two phases, with total treatment capacity of 1,800 TPD. The first phase has a treatment capacity of 600 TPD, equipped with 1*600 waste incinerator and 1*12 MW steam turbine generator set. It was put into operation in December 2014. The second phase, with a treatment capacity of 1,200 TPD, is now under construction.
